Harrison Atuokwu (born January 25th, 2001) is a Nigerian actor, writer and aspiring producer. He gained exposure after playing Micheal in the 2018 short film Wazuna. In 2013, Harrison bagged his first lead role in a theatre stage drama titled " The Boomerang". This was his first stage play which was organized and directed by his then English teacher in Secondary school. In 2017, he also featured in a stage play titled " Akwa nna" which was organized by the drama unit of St Albert catholic church in Uniben.
In May 2018, Harrison bagged his first ever movie role in a short film titled “Wazuna”. It was shot in Benin-city, Edo state and took about three days to shoot. The movie was premiered later that year -August 2018 inside the University of Benin. Click to see behind the scene photos
The year 2019 was a wholesome year for Harrison as he was able to gather a lot of experience that helped shaped his career. In March 2019, he got casted for a full length movie titled “Adventure of Etin” produced by soft comedy concept. Watch full movie on Youtube here. It was premiered in June that year in Benin-city. Later that year, Harrison got a job as a production manager in the movie “FIX” produced by Chigez media. The movie later premiered in January 2020..
In February 2021, he got a minor role in the African magic series, Enakhe. The role was a one-time role that earned him a whole new experience as he had never been on a huge movie set like that before. In March, he got featured in a movie titled “Gbege” produced by Lancelot Imasuen. It promises to be thrilling, exciting and set to premier later in the year.
